We have been doing shakes for breakfast every morning for about a month now. I am a big believer of breakfast and that it is the most important meal of the day. So we have really taken this to heart and have treated it as such. These shakes really give me the energy that I need and I have lost a few pounds by adding this to my daily routine. 
There are so many shake recipes out there and everyday I will add something new to our shakes. Our blender is really just a bucket that we throw whatever healthy junk we have in it.

This is what we have been throwing into our bucket this week 
Grapes
blueberries
strawberries
carrots
kale
lemon
ginger
chia seed
greek yogurt
vanilla protein powder
cinnamon (my favorite)
water
