Yesterday we spent the whole day with our family

We went to Fish Lake with my family again this year and it was ridiculously fun. There is something about being out on a boat all day that is extremely relaxing to me.
There was one point where I fell asleep and found that I had a fish on my line. I think it was "BIG FISH". It was a big fight that he won. One day I will catch the huge lake trout that come out of that lake...................
Sterling was laughing here because he hated touching the Perch fish. They feel like sandpaper. I think he got over it though.
Night fishing was the best! This is when we where catching the big fish. I went out with the boys on the second night and it took me awhile to start catching fish, but I was determined that I would put up with the cold and the fact that I had to go to the bathroom. I wasn't going to leave until I caught some of these big fish. I finally started catching them and it was so much fun!! I think my brother Todd had a lot of fun too. It was his 30th birthday while we were there and he absolutely loves to fish. I'm pretty sure he really liked his birthday.
Then we went home

kisses and flowers are interchangeable
I love when i get both

Sterling is amazing!
That is all.

It's finals week.
It's always nice to have a pick me up and little bit of encouragement to get through the week. I created this serious survival kit to help him study. I think it is helping him! This is something that I may do at the beginning of a semester too.
I think he really liked it.
Hubby is going to dominate his classes. Go Sterling!
P.S. so excited for the 2 weeks off of school.

One question. Why do they flock to you more than me? Oh yea.
probably because you are the best uncle ever!  At least Jaxon can say my name....No I do not bribe him with treats.

Sterling,
We've been married for 5 years now. Can you believe it? I am so happy to call you my husband, my favorite and my best friend! Thank you for 5 incredible years.

I love you Sterling!

Our anniversary week was perfect even though Sterling has been in school. I got off work early (which wasn't originally planned, but very nice to say the least).
When I came home Ster had flowers. There is something about flowers that just make me give a good cry moment. Is there a love language that is strictly about getting flowers? Anyway, we had a great dinner at the Cheesecake factory (no surprise there). We spent the night reminiscing and talking about our past and talking about the future and enjoying each others company. It was absolutely perfect! Love you Ster

We are growing a garden!  Sterling's mom so kindly offered the space to grow 12 tomato plants, 16 pepper plants and 6 melons. We are so excited to make fresh salsa and tomato sandwiches. With how many pepper plants we have, we may as well make pepper sandwiches.

One of my many brothers has a baby girl now! This is their first and she is so perfect and sweet! I love being an aunt and I love seeing my brother's become daddies! This is baby Ayla on the day she was born.

Finally went to City Creek and to see the incredible tulips at Temple Square. I want to go there again and again. Cheesecake Factory and a long stroll around the nooks and crannies of the place are both calling my name. Husband....Please take me there again k?
